"Guest-Resistance" is the biggest advantage of restaurant equipment
Date of addition: Nov. 14, 2018, 9:33 a.m.It is well known that the equation guests = restaurant is the most important element when calculating costs.
There is no restaurant without guests, customers, connoisseurs.... It is made up of people who enter for the first time, then the next, for lunch, dinner or any other meal, alone or in pairs, with families or friends, business or private. They are different or similar, or even the same in terms of the type of work they do or their habits. Often, they observe and replicate the behaviour "from the table next door".
In that case, if one guest looks at the menu folder carefully, at the table next to him or her, won't such an action be replicated by another person? When we suggest the actions of someone in a restaurant, don't we ourselves feel like trying to bend something, squash it, scratch it, etc.? Why not? After all, the person next to us is just taking a close look and testing the strength of the menu folder, checking that the cards are the right thickness and that they don't tear through too quickly. It is also important to check that the folder is even and that a glass or other item on the table, placed on top of it, will yield to the force of gravity. We can then wonder why such crash tests are done during a meal and whether the results will prove surprising enough to make it worthwhile to do our own experiment.
